Mrs. Silverman's Webfolio - kids-learn.org/
While this site could represent several different types, I would consider this a "Teacher" type ePortfolio that is very well designed and very thorough. It's actually a collection of many ePortfolios - one for each lesson/activity this teacher kept artifacts for and maintained. The main/splash page has links to many different lesson pages that are mini ePortfilios in themselves. They each have instructional materials, artifacts, related links, online activities, assessments, guestbooks, etc., and I find it very easy to navigate and lovely to see the different lessons and their results. I really like the idea of the central hub with mini ePortfolios surrounding it like a web, and I would like to incorporate this kind of set up someday when I have enough lessons online to make it worthwhile.
Super School's Portfolio Assessment and Teacher Portfolio - www.superschoolsoftware.com/
This is a combination "Teacher/Assessment/Sales" ePortfolio with some incredible pictures and STEAM connections. The site is rife with amazing adventure pictures and robotics videos and links that kept me super busy and got me side tracked many times. It looks like there are professional development materials that can be ordered for ePortfolio production and assessment, as well as ways to incorporate the Arts through project based learning experiences and distance education opportunities that I think would ignite the passion of many students! I love the ideas, and I love that students are using their creativity to figure something out. I like the idea of including on-going project based activities that can continue to be used even after the lesson is done.
Rob Lee MAT Portfolio - mica.digication.com/rob_lee_mat_portfolio/Home
This is another combination portfolio - I believe it started as a requirement for the MAT program at MICA and evolved into a reflection/celebration portfolio for this teacher. I like how he includes his own art work and interests in the portfolio for students or prospective employers to peruse. There are two links that don't work for me, but that may be due to restrictions from where I am connecting to them. I'd like to incorporate pages with my artwork on them for my portfolio, and maybe someday, when there are more hours in the day, I will!
